PROVIDENCE, RI- Finding your perfect wedding dress while helping raise money for breast cancer has local brides feeling extremely proud to walk down the aisle.
Brides Against Breast Cancer is on their nation?wide "tour of gowns".
The organization sales donated name brand and designer gowns at an 85?percent discount.
The dresses are then resold and a percentage of the sale goes to cancer patients and their families.
In Providence, 11 gowns were sold.
We caught up with one bride-to-be who spent hours looking for the perfect gown.
"Twelve dresses today. Got down to three and now this is the one. I feel wonderful cause I have friends who are fighting this right now," said Samantha Dinh.
The discounted dresses range between $99 and $800. Brides Against Breast Cancer offers an average of one?thousand dresses each year.
