Beginning at 6:30PM on Saturday, August 25th, JG Domestic is hosting a Great Lakes-themed fish fry with menu items like House-Made Dried Pork Sausage with house mustard and sourdough baguette and Grassfields Farm Lamont Cheddar Cheese, all paired with brews from Michigan?s Bell?s Brewery.
There will also be pickles, coleslaw and house fries, organic greens salad with pickled cherries, almonds and cherry-stout vinaigrette, beef pasty, Parker House Rolls with whipped butter and blueberry pie with lemon meringue ice cream for dessert. It?s just like a traditional midwestern fish fry, except that it costs $55, isn?t on a Friday and there?s actual meat on the menu.
