ok im trying to lose weight, even if my plan does not work very well, I?ve had it for a month and I only lost a few pounds, btw im 30 and my diet is: Breakfast ? 07:30 ? cereal, fruit and milk , apple, sqaushcollation for mid-morning ? 11:00 ? cereal bar in good sant?d?jeuner ? 13:00 ? sandwich with salad and brown bread, yogurt, whole cereal bars, fruit salad, orange juice, yogurt boirele Dinner ? 17:00 ? chicken with vegetables and jacket potatoes, fruit smoothie I make a blender so I know something about your health for the banana cream dessert grascasse in low-crust dinner Dinner ? 19:30 ? fruit salad with yogurt poured over lesouper ? 22:00 ? a healthy soup with bread, milk brunoh Yes, I forgot that I am doing one hour before jogging to go to work Monday to vendrediJ?ai need ideas on what to eat quandMeilleure reply:
